PT-100M-CM Air Hydraulic Riveter for 5/32 and 3/16 CherryMax

Description

The PT-100M-CM is the PT-100M air hydraulic riveter set up specifically for CherryMax® blind rivets in the two most-used aerospace diameters, 5/32" and 3/16". For a shop whose CherryMax® work is concentrated in those sizes, a dedicated tool removes the nose changeovers that otherwise dominate mixed-fastener installation time.

The riveter delivers 4,000 lbs of pull force through a patented air motor driven, multiple-valve cylindrical hydraulic pump. Unlike most blind riveters it permits stroke control — the nose assembly advances only while the trigger is held, with the jaw assembly holding the rivet stem stationary — which lets the technician walk a rivet into limited blind-side clearance. A releasing trigger ejects the stem after installation for positive stem retention and FOD prevention. At 30 oz it is light enough for extended overhead work.

Fastener capability: CherryMax® and Huck-Clinch® (NAS9300/M7885) blind rivets in 5/32" and 3/16". The F1074 extended straight, F1075 right angle and F1076 offset pulling heads fit via the F187-1AR adapter sleeve and F187-2A adapter shaft, sold separately.
