How Tool Repair Works
It starts with your packing slip. Print it, ship your tool, and we’ll take it from there.
1. Print Your Packing Slip
Fill out the packing slip online with your tool and contact details, then print it. It takes just a few minutes and gives our techs everything they need.
2. Ship Your Tool
Place the printed slip in the box with your tool and ship it to our Sonoma, CA repair center. That’s all we need to get started.
3. We Evaluate & Quote
Once the tool is in hand, our certified technicians inspect and diagnose it, then contact you with their findings and a repair quote. No work begins until you approve it.
4. Repair & Return
After approval, we repair with genuine OEM parts, test and certify the tool, and ship it back ready for work.

Why we need the tool in hand
Every repair is different, and most tool issues can’t be accurately diagnosed from a description or a photo. Because of that, we’re not able to provide repair pricing, parts availability, or turnaround estimates until our technicians have physically evaluated your tool. Once it arrives and we’ve inspected it, we’ll reach out with a complete assessment and quote — and no repair work begins until you approve it.

Include a Pulling Head & Test Rivets: Where possible, include a pulling head and a few test rivets with your tool. This lets our technicians verify the repair under real conditions rather than bench-testing alone.
Diagnostic Fee Policy: Evaluation is free when you proceed with repair. If you decline the repair after evaluation, an $85 diagnostic fee applies plus return shipping.
