Roger founded Fastening Systems International in 1983 in Sonoma, California, with a vision to become the go-to source for blind fasteners and rivet installation tools in the aerospace, military, and commercial industries. Over four decades, his hands-on expertise and dedication to customer service transformed FSI from a small operation into a trusted partner for some of the world’s most demanding applications. His legacy of excellence continues to guide everything we do.
