POP®/Avdel® pneumatic threaded insert installation tool — Imperial thread sizes.
Description
This POP®/Avdel® insert installation tool sets threaded inserts and rivet nuts in imperial thread sizes. Threaded inserts create strong, reusable load-bearing threads in thin sheet and tube where tapping the parent material simply is not an option.
Pneumatic operation delivers consistent pull-up on every insert, which is what prevents the two classic failure modes — under-setting that leaves the insert loose, and over-setting that strips the thread or distorts the panel.
