Description

The PT-4500H provides speed, performance and ergonomics at the front of the industry, available as both a blind riveter and a lockbolt installation tool for most industrial and aerospace applications thru 1/4" (6.4 mm) diameter. What sets it apart from a dedicated riveter is adaptability: it quickly accepts Huck, FSI, Cherry and Olympic nose assemblies, including special right angle, offset, close edge distance (CED) and extended straight versions, so one tool body covers a wide range of fastener families.

A slide-on 18 VDC Li-Ion battery pack with fuel gage powers a brushless motor driving a mechanical ball screw gear system. Rapid extended stroke capability makes the tool comparable to most air-operated riveters, optimizing cycle time between installations. It weighs under 5 lbs with the standard rivet nose assembly in place and includes built-in LED lighting for darkened work areas. Using the F4187-AR-4500 rotating adapter, Huck 3700 series and 99LGP/99GP offset nose assemblies attach easily; the F1458-SE side ejection adapter is required for 1/4" (08) LGP, GP and NAS lockbolts.
