D-700-N Blind Nut Riveter Kit with Adjustable Pressure

Description

The D-700-N is FSI’s D-700C configured as a dedicated blind nut and threaded insert setter. Setting a rivet nut is a different problem from setting a rivet: too much pull force strips the insert threads or the pull-up stud, too little leaves an inadequate upset that works loose in service. The Vari-Max™ adjustable pressure control is what makes the difference, letting the operator dial pull force precisely anywhere from 600 to 5,000 lbf and repeat it.

The tool runs the nutsetting configuration — pull-up stud, turn nut and master shaft — and its two-stage valve system keeps wrist effort low as pull force rises. Rivnuts® up to 5/16″ and thin wall blind inserts up to 3/8″ are within range, and the same tool body converts back to standard blind riveting with the appropriate nose components. Field repairable, rugged cast aluminium construction.
