PT-100-MIL-5BB Air Hydraulic Blind Bolt Riveter Tool Kit

Description

The PT-100-MIL-5BB is the blind bolt configuration of FSI’s PT-100 air hydraulic kit. Blind bolts need a different grip on the stem than blind rivets do — a three-piece jaw set rather than the standard two-piece — and this kit ships with that tooling in place rather than requiring conversion in the field.

The blind bolt configuration pairs F123-A three-piece jaws for 5/32" or F123-B for 3/16" with the F128 jaw holder, F958 jaw follower, F990 BB spring and the matching F-505 or F-506 nosepiece. As with all PT-100 series riveters, the patented air motor driven pump permits genuine stroke control: the nose assembly advances only while the trigger is depressed, letting the technician monitor and walk a fastener into a limited blind-side clearance area. A separate releasing trigger ejects the stem after installation, giving positive stem retention that aids FOD prevention.
