K-2000 Unit Level Sheet Metal Kit

Description

The K-2000 is FSI’s unit level sheet metal kit, sized for organizations that need full removal-prep-install capability in a single transportable box rather than the three-box K-1000 system. It carries the current aerospace tooling for blind rivets, blind bolts, solid AD buck rivets, Jo-Bolts and Hi-Loks from 3/32" through 1/4" diameter, laid out across five foam trays.

Installation capability comes from three FSI riveters carried in the kit: a PT-4000H-4258-CED cordless riveter with CherryMax® close edge distance pulling head, a D-180 hand hydraulic riveter, and a complete D-700-MIL-2 hand hydraulic blind rivet and blind bolt kit. Blind bolt CED pulling heads in 5/32", 3/16" and 1/4" are included, along with a spare battery pack and charger for the cordless tool.
