Description

The D-100-MIL-2 is the fully equipped version of FSI’s military hand hydraulic blind fastener kit. It carries the same D-180 riveter and 5,000 lbs of pulling force as the D-100-MIL-1, but ships with the three CherryMax® special pulling heads already in the case — which is the difference between reaching a fastener and not reaching it on a real airframe. No external power is required, making the kit equally at home on a flight line, in a hangar or in a mobility bag.

The riveter runs the standard configuration (F130-F nose tube, F126-F jaw holder, F124-A sleeve spring, F122-A two-piece jaws) for conventional blind rivets and converts to the nutsetting configuration with a pull-up stud, F171 turn nut and F170-A master shaft. The F187 adapter assembly, comprising the F187-1AF adapter sleeve and F187-2A adapter puller shaft, mounts the extended straight, right angle and offset heads. The D-180 accepts any nosepiece or accessory supplied in the D-100, PT-100, PT-3000, PT-4000 and D-700 kits.
