D-700-MIL-4 Hand Hydraulic Blind Rivet Tool Kit for CherryMax Installation

Description

The D-700-MIL-4 gives the aerospace and military technician the ability to install a wide variety of high break load blind fasteners with minimal wrist effort. The patented smart power valve system in the D-700C riveter is what makes that possible: it permits installation of nearly all straight-pull, single-action blind rivets through 1/4″ diameter while keeping wrist effort at 30 lbs on a 3,000 lb fastener. Made in the USA.

The kit includes four threaded quick-change rivet nosepieces for the D-700C. The riveter’s two-piece jaw system allows it to be adapted quickly to install 3/32″ and 1/8″ diameter pull-thru nutplate rivets as well as CherryMax® (NAS9300), Huck Clinch®, Allmax® (M7885), SuperMax®, Cherry SST®, Huck Max® and most CherryMax® “AB” rivets. Both supplied pulling heads cover CherryMax®, CherryMax® “AB” and CherryMax SST® in -4, -5 and -6 sizes; note that CherryMax® “AB” capability excludes aluminum.
