D-700A/HS-10-32 Hand Riveter for 10-32 Davis Nuts

Description

The D-700A/HS-10-32 is the dedicated 10-32 version of FSI’s Hi-Shear® installation tool, set up for Davis® elliptical nuts and Hi-Shear® blind nuts in the single most common thread size. It accepts the standard Hi-Shear® anvils, chucks and mandrels, so existing nose tooling carries straight over.

Built on the D-700C configuration with Vari-Max™, it delivers over 5,000 lbs of pull force across an 0.800″ stroke, with an adjustable pressure setting screw covering 600 to 5,000 lbs. A built-in pressure control valve regulates pull force to ensure proper installation without damaging threads, and the tool adjusts for fastener sleeve length and material thickness. Under 3.0 lbs excluding the nose assembly, it is no larger than a compact pistol-grip drill motor and is field serviceable.
