⚠️ Diagnostic Fee Policy

FSI provides a free diagnostic evaluation when you proceed with the recommended repair service. If you choose not to proceed with repairs after evaluation, an $85 diagnostic fee will apply, plus return shipping costs.

I understand and acknowledge that if I decline the repair service after evaluation, I will be charged an $85 diagnostic fee plus shipping.

🔧 Include a Pulling Head & Test Rivets

Where possible, please include a pulling head and a few test rivets with your tool. This lets our technicians verify the repair under real conditions rather than bench-testing alone.
